Morning all,

We were greeted at Mona Vale with overcast skies and a fresh breeze. This seemed to have a serious effect on the standard of golf played on Sunday. We had one of the lowest average scores of the year at just 26.4, very average indeed. We only had 1 golfer better their handicap which was yours truly scoring 40 points equalling my previous best run this year of 1 good game in a row. 2^nd 3^rd and 4^th all scored 35 with Martin taking out 2^nd place on a countback from a guest Robbie with Adam just out of the money finishing 4^th. Well done to the handicapper for having a good crack at Adam since the last game.

Nearest the pins were taken out by Dave on the 2^nd and Warren on the 16^th.

Welcome back to Chris who joined us after a short 4 year absence.

Our next game is at Turramurra on the 8^th of December teeing off at 7 am. This will be our Christmas game with the AGM and Christmas party to follow back at the club.

Please let me know as soon as you can so we can have a fair idea of numbers for the catering team. So far I have a grand total of 2 on the list.

Bob has kindly put his hand up to co ordinate the catering but will need help with the set up on the day. If you are interested in helping out please let Bob know or let me know and I’ll send it on.
